Merry Christmas, Haviland Club Newsletter

Merry Christmas Haviland Club Newsletter

December 19, 2017

Well, Christmas is less than a week away. Wasn’t it fall just last week, and summer the week before?

All we want to do at this time of year is to send a thank you to all who helped, and all who came out, to the Haviland Club’s First Annual Christmas Potluck Dinner last Friday. Thanks to Terry for giving so much time to help with the dinner, to Calleen and others who helped out, and to Hank and his Prunes for the wonderful entertainment. And thanks to those who came out—almost sixty members! What a wonderful time to get together to celebrate. Thank you!

About New Years Eve

Just a reminder that we’ll be open New Years Eve. There’ll be light snacks, the fires will be lit and there’ll be music in the lounge. Many will make this their New Years Eve destination, some will stop in on their way out or way home. It’s your Club, and it’ll be open for you.

New Years Levee: Then, the next morning, come to the Haviland Club’s New Years Levee, with the famous Moose Milk mixed by Steve K, and sweets for the hundreds of expected guests. If you are able to prepare or purchase a plate or tray of sweets to contribute to the effort it would be most appreciated. And if you would like to help serve, clean up or provide tours to those who would like them, that would be welcome, too. Please let Tricia know. Please stop by and say hi!

All that’s left to say is:
