A REMINDER from the Club President, Tim Rose

I am pleased and honoured to announce to all of you that Her Honour Antoinette Perry,

Lieutenant-Governor of PEI, has graciously granted to the Haviland Club, Vice-Regal Patronage.

It is a single honour for us as members and recognizes the social role of the Haviland Club in our community.

Headlines/Reminders/Upcoming Events

  • If any members have an event or idea that they would like to see happening at the Club please feel free to bring it forward and let’s try and make it happen. Remember this is your Club and the more we all get involved to plan an event, or volunteer at an event, the better our Club will be. Let’s work together to make this the best season yet.
  • As you know we are trying to gather some much-needed equipment and tools for the kitchen. An open letter was sent out last week to all members with a wish list of items, this list is also posted on the bulletin board in the Tap Room at the Club.

Please see Marie H. if you have something you would like to donate for the kitchen.  Thank You all.

  • Our Halloween Party is fast approaching – we would love to see everyone come out and enjoy a fun filled evening packed with many surprises. Our member Susan Stanger is working very hard to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy at the party, from Barber Shop Quartet, Tarot Card Reading, Ghost Story Telling, Dancing, Food, Interactive Music and Games.  Please spread the word. Tickets available in tap room.

The Club is what we make it – so please come out and support these events, and as mentioned if you want to volunteer at any event, we appreciate your time.
