would include tables, chairs set up, take down and cleaning.
Upstairs Board and Sitting Rooms
$45 /hr (2 hour minimum)
Kitchen
$165 + cost for clean up @ $20/hr (cooking/prep only)
$80 + cost for clean up @ $20/hr (storage of food only)
Members in good standing after 12 months receive 1/3 discount for room rental only, does not include set up, take down or clean up

Rental contracts require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, balance due 48 hrs prior to the event, otherwise the event can be cancelled.
A security deposit can be requested for the amount of $250, it will be held by the Club.
The Haviland Club’s liquor license prevents outside liquor being brought onto the premises of the club by anyone and or the sale of liquor by anyone other than club staff. Liquor can be consumed on the deck until 11pm. Liquor is not permitted to be taken off the premises by anyone. A fine of $500 will be levied on any person who disrespects the rules outlined here.
The Haviland Club is located in a residential neighbourhood; thus, we ask all those using the club to be respectful of our surroundings and property. This rule extends to all Club furniture and art hanging on the club walls, which cannot be moved without written permission from the Club Management.
The Haviland Club is a members’ club. Members always have access to the bar area even during private functions.
Please note the Bar area cannot be rented out, it is for the Members and considered a public open room at all times.
